Chemical Technology Alumni Association

In January 1982, Department of Applied Chemistry was trifurcated into three departments, Department of Chemical Technology is one of them. The students passing out of this department have excelled in their field and in various capacities in Industry as well as in Administration both in Public & Private Sector, in India and abroad. Over the years they have created a strong foothold in the arena of teaching, research and development by their application oriented mind towards technological advancement of our country.

Chemical Technology Alumni Association (CHEMTECHAA) is an organization of the past students of Applied Chemistry Department and the past and present students and associates of the Department of Chemical Technology, University of Calcutta.
The main objective of Chemical Technology Alumni Association (CHEMTECHAA) is to create and maintain a platform of our present & past students, teachers and distinguished alumni for exchange of ideas and thoughts.
